> BnB Panel is a unified reporting and analytics dashboard for short-let rental hosts. It consolidates bookings, revenue, occupancy, and expenses from Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, agency platforms, your own website, direct bookings — or any other source — into a single dashboard. ## What BnB Panel does

- Direct CSV import for Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com with two-pass automatic column discovery (no formatting required).
- Adds Expedia, TripAdvisor, agency platforms, your own website, or any other source via a spreadsheet-style manual grid that accepts paste from Excel or Google Sheets.
- Lets hosts enter direct bookings and expenses through the same manual grid.
- Auto-extracts platform fees (Airbnb host fees, Booking.com commissions, VRBO service fees) from imports into the expense ledger.
- Tracks expenses with a two-tier category/subcategory taxonomy, payment status, and auto-paid rules.
- Reports net profit by subtracting expenses from booking income, with a clear caveat that accuracy depends on expense completeness.
- Provides per-property and multi-property dashboards (currency-aware), with persisted selection between visits.
- Supports advanced analytics: booking lead time, average length of stay (ALOS), seasonality heatmap, year-over-year comparisons.
- Strictly excludes Cancelled and user-Excluded bookings from all metrics; exclusions persist across re-imports.

## Manual import shortcuts

- Paste tab-separated data straight from a spreadsheet — paste lands at the active cell, not just row one.
- Tab / Shift+Tab — move between fields.
- Arrow keys — move cell-to-cell across the grid.
- Enter — move to the next row.
- Cmd/Ctrl + Enter — save the import without reaching for the mouse.

## Constraints

- No direct API access to Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com (those APIs are restricted to approved business partners). Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com data must come from CSV exports. Expedia, TripAdvisor, agency platforms, your own website, and any other source are added via the spreadsheet-style manual grid (paste from Excel/Google Sheets or type rows directly).
- Multi-property dashboard comparison requires properties to share a single currency to keep totals meaningful.
