BnB Panel is accounting software for short-term rental hosts. You import the CSV exports Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com already give you, add your costs, and it shows net profit, occupancy and average nightly rate per property.

Question 2

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter is free permanently for one property, with no card required. Pro costs $19 a month for up to 25 properties and three team members. Business costs $59 a month for unlimited properties, team members and dashboard history.

Question 3

Do I need to connect my Airbnb account?

Accepted Answer

No. BnB Panel never asks for your platform login or API keys. You download the CSV export from your host dashboard and upload it, so your booking accounts stay untouched.

Nothing breaks. Every import runs a diff first: existing bookings are matched on a composite key, so re-uploading an overlapping export updates rows instead of duplicating revenue.

Question 5

Which platforms does it support?

Accepted Answer

Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com via CSV import, plus direct bookings and any other source such

Question 6

Does BnB Panel file my taxes?

Accepted Answer

No. It produces per-property profit and loss reports and categorised expense records you or your accountant can use at tax time, but it does not submit anything to a tax authority.
