BnB Panel — Platforms & Integrations FAQ

Question 1

Which booking platforms does BnB Panel work with?

Accepted Answer

Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com are supported through their own CSV exports, which BnB Panel normalises automatically. Expedia, TripAdvisor, agency channels and direct bookings from your own website go in through the paste-from-spreadsheet grid, and calendars can be pulled in over iCal.

Question 2

Does BnB Panel connect to the Airbnb API?

Accepted Answer

No. BnB Panel doesn't currently connect to Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com directly (their APIs are generally limited to approved partners), so it reads the CSV export you download from your host account instead. That keeps the data first-hand and means nothing breaks when a platform changes its partner programme.

Question 3

How do I import Airbnb bookings into BnB Panel?

Accepted Answer

In your Airbnb host account go to Earnings, export the transaction history

Question 4

What happens if I import the same file twice?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is duplicated. Every booking is matched on a composite key of platform, booking reference and dates, so a re-import updates existing rows and only adds what is genuinely new. The review screen shows added, updated, skipped and declined counts before you confirm.

Question 5

Can I track direct bookings that never touch a platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Direct bookings are entered in a spreadsheet-style grid — paste a block from Excel or Google Sheets, pick the property and status from inline dropdowns, and they sit alongside platform bookings in every report.

Question 6

Are platform fees and commissions handled automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Host service fees and channel commissions are extracted from the import and posted to the expense ledger, so revenue stays gross while net profit reflects what actually reaches your account.

Question 7

Can other software or AI agents read my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. BnB Panel exposes an MCP server, so an assistant you authorise through OAuth can query your properties, bookings, expenses, revenue summaries and import status. You can review and revoke those connections at any time from Agent integrations in Settings.
