BnB Panel — Product FAQ

Question 1

What does BnB Panel actually do?

Accepted Answer

It turns the CSV exports from Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com into one set of books: bookings deduplicated across platforms, expenses categorised and attached to the property (and often the individual stay) they belong to, and dashboards showing revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and true net profit per property.

Question 2

How much does BnB Panel cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is free permanently for one property and one user. Pro is $19 a month for up to 25 properties and 3 team members with exports and custom branding. Business is $59 a month for unlimited properties, team members and dashboard history. Annual billing is available, and downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.

Question 3

Do I need to connect an API or give BnB Panel my platform password?

Accepted Answer

No. You download the CSV export from your own host account and upload it, or paste rows in from a spreadsheet. BnB Panel never asks for your Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com login.

Question 4

Will it help with my tax return?

Accepted Answer

It gives you the records and the profit and loss statement your accountant needs — categorised expenses with dates, payment status and property, plus an income statement export for any date range. It does not calculate or file taxes.

Question 5

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Starter plan is free permanently with no card required, and it includes CSV imports, the expense ledger and the core reports for one property.
