BnB Panel — BnB Panel vs Stessa FAQ

Question 1

Does Stessa work for Airbnb?

Accepted Answer

You can record the income, but the reporting is framed around monthly rent per unit. Occupancy rate, ADR and per-stay costs — the numbers that decide whether a short-let is working — are not the core of the product.

Question 2

Which is better for a mixed portfolio?

Accepted Answer

If most units are long-let, keep a landlord tool. If the short-lets are where the money and the volatility are, BnB Panel gives you the nightly metrics and per-property profit those units need.
