BnB Panel — Billing & Subscription FAQ

Question 1

How am I billed and where do I find my invoices?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually to the card on file. Open Settings → Manage subscription to view billing details, download invoices, update your billing email, or change your payment method.

Question 2

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your imported records remain in your account.

Question 3

What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancelling moves you back to the free Starter tier at the end of the paid period. Your imported records remain in your account, while the dashboard shows only the properties and history included in your current plan.

Question 4

How do team seats and limits work?

Accepted Answer

Starter is single-seat (1 user, 1 property). Pro includes up to 3 team members and up to 25 properties. Business is unlimited team members and unlimited properties. Inviting a teammate beyond your seat limit will prompt you to upgrade - you're never charged automatically for extra seats.

Question 5

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choosing a higher plan takes you to checkout, where the charge is shown before you confirm. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you don't lose what you've already paid for.

Question 6

How much historical data can I see on each plan?

Accepted Answer

The Starter dashboard shows the last 30 days or year-to-date - whichever is longer. Pro shows the last 12 months or year-to-date. The Business dashboard has no history limit. Imported records outside the displayed period remain in your account.

Question 7

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Contact us if you believe you were billed in error. We review billing issues individually.
