BnB Panel — Pricing Guidance FAQ

Question 1

What is pricing guidance in BnB Panel?

Accepted Answer

A suggested nightly rate for each two-week window over the next 12 weeks, built from your own bookings. It blends the same weeks last year, the rates you achieved over the last four weeks, and how booked each window is today, then explains every suggestion in one sentence.

Question 2

How do events and holidays affect my rates?

Accepted Answer

Pick your country and region and public holidays are added automatically. Add your own local events, such: +3% for a public holiday, +5% for a busy event and +10% for a very busy one. You can switch any event on or off.

Question 3

Will I get a reminder before a busy date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When an event is within 30 days and you still have open nights, the Planning tab shows a reminder with how many nights are open and the rate to consider.

Question 4

Can I see what a rate change does to my profit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the rate planner you set a rate for each window and see the change in revenue and profit straight away. Profit uses your own average cost per booked night, and nights you have already sold keep the price they were booked at.

Question 5

How confident is each suggestion?

Accepted Answer

Every window carries a high, medium or low confidence label based on how much booking history sits behind it, so you know which suggestions to act on first.

Question 6

Where do I set the final price?

Accepted Answer

You stay in control: save your rates
